Registration Pending Approval

You received a Registration Pending Approval message after signing in.

When It Happens

Immediately after signing in, you are told that your registration is pending approval and you don't have access to anything.

Most Common Reasons

  • You registered with an email address that does not match a known account.
  • Your administrator has not yet approved you to join.
  • You don't have a commercial account with us.

 

Theorem is currently only open to existing commercial account holders.

If you are an employee of a commercial account

Try this first:

  1. Verify that you signed up with your corporate e-mail.
  2. Contact your company's administrator to verify you have access.
  3. Contact support.

If you are the first / only user of a commercial account

  1. Verify that you signed up with the email address by the sales team.
  2. Contact support.
