When It Happens

Immediately after clicking the sign in button with the proper username, password, and authenticator code, an error message like "Something went wrong" appears and your only option is to logout.

Make sure this fits your issue.

This error occurs after you successfully login the app and is mostly occurs after the registration process. But it is not an error with registration or with sign in.

If you are having trouble registering your account, see I cannot register my online account.

If the app is giving you an error message in the actual Sign In box, see I cannot sign in.

Most Common Reasons

  • You have a new account and it was not set up properly by the administrator who sets up accounts.
  • You are switching between users on the same browser or returning after a pause.

Other Possible Reasons

  • Switching networks (such as turning on/off a VPN) while logged in or between logins.
  • Security.
  • Your account was disabled.

Troubleshooting Steps

Try this first:

  1. Close your browser (not just the window).
  2. Go back to the sign in page.
  3. Refresh the page without using cached content. This is known as a hard refresh. In many Windows browsers, you can press Ctrl+Shift+R to do a hard reset.
  4. Try to log in again.
  5. If the problem still exists, see the other steps below.

If this is the first time this username is signing in:

Contact support.

Otherwise:

  1. Verify that this user is not signed in anywhere else.
  2. If you have a VPN, make sure it is connected. Turn it off and on if allowed and feasible.
  3. If you have a password manager, try signing in without the password manager pressing the submit button for you.
  4. Contact support.
