Account Security Guide

Learn how to access your account, complete MFA setup, and get help with password resets or access issues.

Access to the platform is secured through Microsoft Azure AD B2C, a managed identity service that enforces modern authentication controls.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

All registered users are required to authenticate using multi-factor authentication (MFA) via an authenticator application. Password-only access is not permitted.

To set up MFA:

  1. Download an authenticator app (such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator) to your mobile device.
  2. Follow the prompts during login to link your account.
  3. Enter the verification code generated by your authenticator app when prompted.

Password Reset

Use the Forgot Password option on the login page to reset your password. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process securely.

Account Support

For account updates, access issues, or if you are unable to complete MFA setup, please contact your support representative.

Security Best Practices

  • Passwords are securely managed and cannot be retrieved. Once set, your password is not visible to or accessible by our team.
  • We will never ask for your password. Do not share your password with anyone, including support personnel.
  • Use only official channels. Always access the platform through approved links and avoid entering credentials on unfamiliar pages.
  • Protect your authenticator device. Your MFA app is required for login—keep your device secure and do not share verification codes.
  • Report suspicious activity. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
